B.I.S. Community Clinic LLC, a CMS Certified Rural Health Clinic officially opened October of 2017. With your support, we have brought much needed care to our community over the last 4.5 years. Bedias had not had any healthcare in the community for over 83 years prior to our opening. Bedias and all our surrounding communities have truly supported us during this time, and we are very grateful to all!
After careful review and analysis, we have made the difficult decision to close the practice.
I am very grateful to have had to opportunity to serve you and I wish you all the best in health and prosperity. Each of you truly has become our friend and we hope to see you in the community.

Notes For Patients
After closing, your health records from this Practice will be transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC (the “Records Custodian”). The Records Custodian will continue to maintain your records in accordance with applicable confidentiality and security standards and with other applicable laws. Your records will be destroyed no less than six years after the last date of services you received from this Practice, although most records will be held for at least 10 years from the date of last service, depending upon applicable state and federal record retention requirements.
